Keys are wider than they are tall, Markets are taller than they are wide. Both kinds have sides that start at right angles to their bases and curve at the top to meet. SPECIAL “D” HANDLES Dimensions are in inches — base, height, width. Herbs are square; Jelly, & Colonials are squarish; Wines & Steps are long and tall. All have sides that start up at right angles from the base, like the Key & Market “D”s. Sharp-Tops sides slope in and come together in a rounded point. Williamsburgs curve out and back in to a rounded top. ASH SIDE HANDLES These are “U”shaped, carved from square stock with a 1/2" side notch, bushel-basket type. Span, height above notch, stock width. OAK SIDE HANDLES “U”s with 3/4" notches on the legs, bushel-basket type. Made from flat stock, 1/8" thick. Span, height above notch, stock width.
