Control width by adjusting cloth guide. Rigby Strip-Cutters will cut thin wood, or basket reed, or paper — but the cutters wear faster on harder materials. Dull cutters can be reground at the factory, but unless you send several at a time, the basic charge makes it almost cheaper to get a new one.
