WEAVING: Heddles & Tie-Up Cord
Please be sure to tell us exactly what loom you are
buying heddles for. With brands of looms other than those we carry,
with older models of those brands, and with any loom, to be on the safe
side—send us a heddle to match, or a measured drawing, or a tracing.
HEDDLES ARE NOT STANDARD from loom to loom, and wrong ones won’t work.
METAL HEDDLES
We have metal heddles, flat or twisted wire (also called "inserted
eye") for Schacht (9") and Norwood (10") looms. Also
repair heddles.
TEXSOLV HEDDLES
Because these white polyester heddles can stretch a little and droop
a little, and because they are made in a wide variety of sizes, they
often will fit when nothing else does. And they’re lighter, quieter,
and gentler on warp yarns. Texsolv heddles are made in one continuous
length. The bundles of 100 are secured with color-coded ties so that
you can slip the whole bunch onto the harness bars at once. NEVER REMOVE
HEDDLE TIES UNTIL THE HEDDLES ARE IN PLACE ON THE HARNESS. Instructions

TEXSOLV TIE-UP CORD & PEGS
Polyester linked-loop tie-up cord and two kinds of pegs (anchor &
straight) to connect it to jacks, harness frames, lams and treadles.
Very strong, easy to use and to adjust.
