Palm-style tools, not suitable for impact use. Good for softer woods and
detail work. Reach where longer tools can’t. 2½ inch wood handles, 2
inch blades. Sharpened and honed.
WOOD CARVING SET
Includes Chisel, Skew, Parting Tool, Straight Gouge, Short Bent Gouge,
Long Bent Gouge. Good for softer woods and for intricate work, not suitable
for impact use. Sharp and ready. Good beginner’s set. 4 inch wood handles,
2½ inch blades. Sharpened and honed.
AMATEUR CARVING SET
Includes Chisel, Skew, Parting Tool, two Straight Gouges, Front Bent Gouge.
Made by Buck. Plastic full-impact handles. Same weight blade as in Professional
Tools, just shorter: 3 inch blades, 3 inch handles. Toughest small set
there is. Needs honing.
