YARNS: Douceur et Soie

A soft, fluffy lace-weight blend of 70% brushed baby mohair and 30% silk. Put up on 25 gm balls, 225 yards each. Knitting gauge is 26 stitches/4 inches, on #3 needles. For crochet, use a size D hook. A lovely yarn used alone in lace patterns to make soft, airy scarves and shawls. Or you can mix it with another yarn to soften the hand of the knitted fabric without increasing its weight.
