YARNS: Gems Merino Sportweight from Louet

The put-up for this yarn is changing, a color at a time, from 50 to 100 gm — twice the amount of yarn, for considerably less than twice the money. We are sorry for the awkwardness of the transition.
A 22 micron merino, soft enough to be suitable for baby wear. Has great bounce, strength and stitch definition. Completely machine-washable (for best results use a soft non-bleach soap, and dry in dryer for 15 minutes. Lay flat to finish). Gauge is 6 stitches per inch on #4 or #5 needles. About 1015 yards per pound.
