YARNS: Harrisville Weaving Yarns 100% virgin wool, long-staple. Dyed in the fleece for fast and brilliant colors. Weavers and knitters can combine colors and weights to unify projects, for subtle shading or dramatic contrast. Knitters should know that the yarns fluff and soften on washing. Dye lots vary considerably; be sure to get enough the first time. Colors are unchanged from 2010 to 2011. There are 64 beautiful, heathery colors. In 2010 Harrisville introduced a softer wool to the blend, more consistent and with less vegetable matter. Sample cards are available.
