60% cotton, 40% wool. 210 yards per pull skein. This is a cabled yarn, worsted weight. It has one single-ply strand of wool, and three multi-ply strands of cotton. Cotton and wool are similarly colored, but the wool is a lighter shade, affording the yarn its tweedy texture. |
| Average knitting gauge is 5 stitches/inch on U.S. #7 needles. Hand-wash in cool water, lay flat to dry. Press with a cool iron, if desired. Can be dry-cleaned. | |
